Jakub has over 10 years of experience on the Polish retail market as real estate agent. He joined C&W (former DTZ) in 2011.

Jakub through his career years was responsible mainly for prolonging lease agreements with existing tenants in shopping centres and retail parks, acquiring new tenants for a shopping centres and retail parks, negotiating terms of lease agreements, tenant mix and budget preparation, retail consultancy and advisory. He also has experience in representing tenants in negotiations with Landlords.

Jakub was involved in leasing following retail projects: Galeria Leszno in Leszno, Plac Vogla in Warsaw, Centrum Łopuszańska 22 in Warsaw, CH Echo in Pabianice, Galeria Indomo in Lubin, Galeria Jeziorak in Iława, Pasaż Rąbin in Inowrocław, CH City in Włocławek
